Absorbent Dryers

Absorption is the most efficient method to remove moisture from compressed air.

When air passes through a pile of Desiccant adsorbents, the moisture in the air is absorbed by this pile.

It has two desiccant-laden tanks with moisture-absorbing properties.

When one tank is in operation, other tank materials are being revitalized.

The resuscitation process involves Desiccant heating and cooling.

The Dessicant Resuscitation Mechanism is performed in different ways and based on how Dessicant resuscitation is performed, different types of absorption drivers are introduced.

Conventional absorption drivers are basically divided into two categories:

1- Blower reactivated type‏
2- Heatless purge type‏
3- ‏Heat of compression type‏

Refrigeration drivers

The system of these drivers is essentially mechanical and the dew point is controlled by cooling the air.

In this system, a secondary heat exchanger is provided to initially cool the compressed air intake.

Atmospheric dew point up to 20 degrees Celsius is possible with this system.
