Dual outputs of the fish pond should be constructed to optimally dispose of waste particles. Also, collecting dead fish during the day will be easy and routine. In dual outputs, in addition to the rapid disposal of waste and shortening the shelf life of fish in the farm system, the pool bed will be free of any wastes and particulate matter at the fastest time.

Fish breeding ponds are often equipped with water level sensors, dissolved oxygen levels and temperatures for complete field control. We also need to consider that diffusers should be provided in an emergency to air and supply oxygen directly to any fish farm.

Mechanical filtration
Mechanical purification of the outlet water from fish farming ponds has been proven to be the only viable solution for removing aquatic products. Today, almost all fish farms filter outlet water from fish ponds using a filter drum equipped with a filter cloth with meshes of 20 to 100 microns. The drum filter function ensures the gentle removal of suspended particles and fish waste.

Drum Filter Function:

  1. Water enters the mesh barrel.
  2. Water is filtered through the mesh and rotation of the drum filter or the inner barrel of the device.
  3. Suspended particles or fish waste are trapped on the filter elements and removed by rotating the cylinder on the wave surface.
  4. Water passes through the nozzle passes through the filter, and the wastes are washed through the filter elements into the sludge tray.
  5. The sludge comes out of the filter with pressure water and is driven from the fish farm to the exterior sewage treatment.
